Place the flag so the blue union is in the upper left from the viewer’s perspective
If hanging on a wall, position the flag vertically with the union at the top left
If hanging in a window, place the union at the upper left as seen from outside
Use proper mounting hardware such as a flag pole bracket, clips, or a hanging rod
Keep the flag flat, straight, and free of wrinkles
Make sure the flag does not touch the ground
Secure the flag so it cannot slip or rotate out of position
If displaying with other flags, follow proper flag precedence and placement rules
Remove the flag if it becomes torn, faded, or damaged
