Turn off the Samsung device
Press and hold the correct button combination for your model
Release the buttons when the Samsung logo or recovery screen appears
Use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe data/factory reset
Press the Power button to select it
Confirm the reset by selecting Yes or Factory data reset
Wait for the reset to complete
Select Reboot system now
Press the Power button to restart the device
