How To Hide Rows In Excel?

Select the rows you want to hide

Right-click the selected row headers

Click Hide

Use the Home tab

Go to Format

Select Hide & Unhide

Click Hide Rows

To hide non-adjacent rows, hold Ctrl and select each row header before hiding

To hide a row using a keyboard shortcut, select the row and press Ctrl + 9

To unhide rows, select the surrounding rows

Right-click the selected row headers

Click Unhide

Or use Home

Go to Format

Select Hide & Unhide

Click Unhide Rows
