Open Truecaller
Go to Settings
Tap Privacy Center
Open Availability or Last Seen settings
Turn off Last Seen
Disable Share Availability if shown
Turn off Read Receipts if needed
Set your profile visibility to Private if available
Save the changes
If you want full privacy, log out of Truecaller or uninstall the app
