Clean and dry the stick blade
Start at the heel or toe of the blade
Wrap tape around the blade with slight overlap
Keep each wrap smooth and even
Cover the blade to the desired length
Add extra wraps for more grip or durability
Finish by tucking or trimming the tape end
Rub the tape to secure it
Optionally wax the tape for added protection
