Hold the pick between your thumb and index finger
Place the pick on the side of your index finger
Press the thumb pad lightly against the pick
Leave only a small tip of the pick exposed
Keep your grip firm but relaxed
Angle the pick slightly toward the strings
Keep your wrist loose
Avoid squeezing too tightly
Adjust the pick position for comfort and control
Use the same grip consistently while playing
