Open Google Chrome
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Bookmarks
Click Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu in Bookmark manager
Select Import bookmarks
Choose the HTML file or browser source
Click Open or Import
Check the imported bookmarks in the bookmarks bar or bookmarks folder
