You generally cannot directly import a Fortnite avatar into VRChat because Fortnite character assets are copyrighted and not meant for use outside Fortnite
You need permission from the rights holder before using any Fortnite model, textures, or related assets in VRChat
If you have legal rights to the model, export the avatar in a compatible 3D format such as FBX or OBJ
Import the model into Blender to clean up the mesh, materials, bones, and scale
Rig the avatar to a VRChat-compatible humanoid skeleton if needed
Optimize the model to meet VRChat performance limits
Create or adjust textures and materials for Unity
Install Unity with the VRChat SDK
Import the cleaned avatar and assets into Unity
Set up the avatar as a VRChat humanoid avatar
Configure animations, lip sync, and eye tracking if desired
Test the avatar in the VRChat SDK control panel
Build and upload the avatar to VRChat
If you do not have rights to the Fortnite assets, use an original avatar or a licensed model instead
