Connect your iPhone to the PC with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
Open the Photos app on your PC
Select Import
Choose From a USB device
Wait for the PC to detect your iPhone
Select the photos you want to import
Click Import Selected or Import All
Choose the save location if prompted
Wait for the transfer to finish
Disconnect your iPhone safely after import is complete
