Select the row or rows you want to resize
Move your cursor to the bottom border of the row number until it becomes a double-headed arrow
Click and drag the border downward to increase the row height
Double-click the bottom border to auto-fit the row height to the contents
Right-click the selected row number and choose Row Height
Enter a larger height value and click OK
Go to the Home tab
Select Format in the Cells group
Click Row Height
Enter the desired height and click OK
