How To Induce Labor At Home?

Contact your obstetrician, midwife, or labor and delivery unit before trying anything at home

Do not try to induce labor at home without medical approval

Go to the hospital immediately if you have bleeding, decreased fetal movement, severe pain, fever, or your water breaks

Follow only the induction plan recommended by your clinician
