How To Insert Check Box In Word?

Place the cursor where you want the checkbox

Go to the Developer tab

Click Check Box Content Control

To add a clickable checkbox in a list, insert a checkbox for each item

If the Developer tab is not visible, go to File

Select Options

Click Customize Ribbon

Check Developer

Click OK

To insert a symbol checkbox, go to Insert

Click Symbol

Select More Symbols

Choose the checkbox symbol

Click Insert
