Open the PowerPoint presentation
Go to the slide where you want to insert the Excel file
Click the Insert tab
Select Object
Choose Create from file
Click Browse
Select the Excel file
Click Insert
Choose Link if you want the file to stay connected to the original Excel file
Choose Display as icon if you want the file to appear as an icon
Click OK
Resize and move the inserted file as needed
