Open the Excel workbook
Select the worksheet where you want the image
Click the Insert tab
Click Pictures
Choose This Device, Stock Images, or Online Pictures
Browse and select the image
Click Insert
Drag the image to the desired location
Resize the image using the corner handles
Use Picture Format to adjust cropping, style, or transparency if needed
