Windows: `Ctrl` + `Shift` + `+`
Mac: `Control` + `Shift` + `+`
Select the row first, then use the shortcut to insert a new row above
In some Excel versions, `Alt` + `I`, then `R` also inserts a row
On Mac, `Cmd` + `Shift` + `+` may work in some setups
