How To Insert Shapes In Google Docs?

Open your Google Docs document

Click Insert in the top menu

Select Drawing

Click New

Click the Shapes icon in the drawing toolbar

Choose a shape

Click and drag on the canvas to draw the shape

Click Save and Close

Resize or move the shape as needed in the document
