Measure and mark post locations
Call utility locating services before digging
Dig post holes to the required depth and width
Add gravel to the bottom of each hole
Set corner and end posts first
Align posts plumb and at the correct height
Fill holes with concrete and let it cure
Install line posts and verify spacing
Attach bottom rails to the posts
Insert fence panels or pickets into the rails
Secure top rails and caps
Install gates and gate hardware
Check alignment, level, and spacing throughout
Trim any excess material if needed
Clean the fence after installation
Inspect all fasteners and connections after curing
