Check that your PC meets Windows 10 requirements
Create a Windows 10 installation USB using Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool
Insert the USB drive into the PC you want to install Windows 10 on
Restart the PC and open the boot menu or BIOS/UEFI settings
Set the USB drive as the first boot device
Save changes and restart
Select your language, time, and keyboard preferences
Click Install now
Enter your product key or choose I don’t have a product key
Select the Windows 10 edition you want to install
Accept the license terms
Choose Custom: Install Windows only
Select the drive or partition where Windows 10 will be installed
Delete or format partitions if needed
Click Next to begin installation
Wait for Windows 10 to copy files and install
Follow the on-screen setup steps after restart
Create or sign in with a Microsoft account
Set your privacy and system preferences
Install Windows updates
Install device drivers if needed
Restore your backed-up files
