Turn on the wireless mouse
Insert batteries if required
Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port
Turn on the computer
Wait for the computer to detect the mouse
If needed, install the mouse driver or software
Test the mouse movement and buttons
Replace the batteries or recharge the mouse if it does not work
Reconnect the USB receiver or pair the mouse again if needed
