Open NBA 2K26
Go to MyCAREER or The City
Open the Social or Friends menu
Select the player you want to invite
Choose Invite to Crew
Send the invite
Wait for them to accept
If needed, create a Crew first from the Crew menu
Make sure both players are on the same platform or supported crossplay setup
Check that both accounts are online and not in a restricted mode
