Start with one ball in each hand and one ball in your dominant hand
Hold the two balls in your dominant hand and one ball in your other hand
Throw one ball from your dominant hand to just above eye level in an arc toward your other hand
As that ball reaches its peak, throw the ball in your other hand to the same height and toward your dominant hand
Catch the first ball with the opposite hand
Throw the third ball from your dominant hand when the second ball reaches its peak
Keep repeating the pattern in a smooth rhythm
Aim for consistent, even throws
Keep your elbows close to your sides
Practice with soft, easy-to-catch balls
Focus on throwing before catching
Start slowly and increase speed only after the pattern feels steady
Practice until the throws and catches feel automatic
