Trim the stems
Place parsley in a glass or jar with a little water
Cover the leaves loosely with a plastic bag
Store in the refrigerator
Change the water every 2 to 3 days
Wrap parsley in a slightly damp paper towel
Put the wrapped parsley in a sealed bag or container
Keep it in the refrigerator crisper drawer
Wash parsley only when ready to use
Remove any wilted or yellow leaves
Freeze chopped parsley for longer storage
