Check whether your email app or browser has saved passwords
On your device, open the password manager or saved passwords section
If you use Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, or a phone password manager, look for your email account there
If you are already signed in on a device, use the account settings to view saved login details if allowed
Use your email provider’s password reset or account recovery process if you do not know the password
Check any password manager app or browser extension you may use
Look through old secure notes, password vaults, or written records you may have stored safely
Contact your email provider’s support if you cannot recover access
Create a new strong password after resetting it
Enable two-factor authentication after regaining access
