Ask the sender to share the transaction receipt or confirmation
Use the bank’s SMS alerts or email alerts linked to the account
If the sender details are masked, request a bank statement or transaction advice from the bank
For failed or disputed transfers, raise a complaint with your bank using the NEFT reference number
