Go to the Epic Games website
Sign in to your Epic Games account
Open the Account settings page
Select Connections
Choose Accounts
Select the platform you want to link
Click Connect
Sign in to the platform account
Confirm the linking request
Repeat for any other platforms you want to link
Launch Fortnite and verify the account connection
