Connect the phone to the computer with a USB cable

Use Google Photos or iCloud Photos in a web browser
Use OneDrive, Dropbox, or similar cloud storage
Send photos to yourself by email or messaging app
Use a phone companion app from the manufacturer
Use Bluetooth if both devices support it
Use a card reader if photos are on a memory card
