Inflate a green balloon and leave a small uninflated tail
Twist the balloon near the top to form the flower center
Make five or six small loops by twisting sections of the balloon
Pinch and twist the loops together at the base
Shape the loops into petals
Twist the remaining green balloon into a stem
Add a leaf by making a small twist in the stem
Adjust the petals and stem as needed
