Open your LinkedIn profile
Click your profile photo
Select Edit photo
Use the zoom slider to zoom in
Drag the photo to center your face
Save the changes
If the zoom slider is not enough, crop the image tighter before uploading
Reupload the edited image and repeat the zoom step if needed
