Pat the chicken breast dry
Season both sides with salt and pepper
Heat a skillet over medium heat
Add a little oil to the skillet
Place the chicken breast in the skillet
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on one side
Flip the chicken breast
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on the other side
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes
Slice and serve
