Gather a hoop, string or yarn, scissors, beads, feathers, and glue if needed
Wrap the hoop with yarn or leather cord until fully covered
Tie one end of the string to the hoop
Stretch the string across the hoop and loop it around the frame at regular intervals
Continue looping the string around the hoop in a web pattern
Add beads onto the string while weaving if desired
Keep weaving inward until you reach the center
Tie off the string securely at the center
Cut a few pieces of string for hanging strands
Attach beads and feathers to the hanging strands
Tie the strands to the bottom of the hoop
Make a loop at the top of the hoop for hanging
Trim any loose ends
Hang the dream catcher in your desired place
