How to Make a Dubai Chocolate Bar?

Melt 200 g milk chocolate

Pour a thin layer into a chocolate bar mold

Chill until set

Mix 1 cup kataifi pastry, chopped

Toast the kataifi in 2 tbsp butter until golden

Mix 1/2 cup pistachio cream with the toasted kataifi

Add 2 tbsp tahini

Spread the filling over the set chocolate layer

Melt another 200 g milk chocolate

Pour over the filling to cover completely

Smooth the top

Chill until fully set

Unmold and serve
