1/2 cup milk or half-and-half
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup salt
1 small resealable bag
1 large resealable bag
Add milk, sugar, and vanilla to the small bag
Seal the small bag tightly
Put ice and salt into the large bag
Place the small bag inside the large bag
Seal the large bag tightly
Shake the bag for 5 to 10 minutes
Remove the small bag
Wipe off any salt before opening
Eat the ice cream immediately
