Gather a wire wreath frame, deco mesh, pipe cleaners or floral wire, scissors, and optional ribbon or decorations
Cut the deco mesh into strips or use a continuous roll
Attach the end of the mesh to the wreath frame with a pipe cleaner or floral wire
Gather the mesh into loops or ruffles as you work around the frame
Secure each gathered section to the frame with pipe cleaners or floral wire
Continue around the entire wreath, filling each section evenly
Fluff and adjust the mesh to cover the frame and create fullness
Add a second layer of mesh if more volume is desired
Attach ribbon, bows, or other decorations with pipe cleaners or hot glue
Trim any excess mesh or loose ends
Shape and adjust the wreath until it looks even and full
