Open Google Sheets and create a new spreadsheet
Enter your pay data in columns such as Employee, Role, Hourly Rate, Hours Worked, and Total Pay
Add headers in the first row
Format the header row as bold
Enter the pay amounts in the appropriate cells
Use formulas to calculate totals, such as `=B2*C2` if needed
Select the data range you want to chart
Click Insert
Click Chart
Choose a chart type such as column chart, bar chart, or line chart
Make sure the chart uses the correct labels and values
Customize the chart title, axis labels, and colors in the Chart editor
Move and resize the chart as needed
Save the spreadsheet
Share or download the sheet if needed
