How To Make A Signature On Outlook?

Open Outlook

Click File

Click Options

Click Mail

Click Signatures

Click New

Enter a name for the signature

Click OK

Type your signature in the editing box

Format the text if needed

Choose the email account to use the signature with

Set the default signature for new messages

Set the default signature for replies and forwards if desired

Click OK to save

Open a new email to check the signature
