Start with a square sheet of paper
Fold the square in half to form a triangle
Fold the triangle in half again to make a smaller triangle
Fold the triangle one more time to make a tight wedge
Draw snowflake cut lines on the folded wedge (keep some edges uncut to hold the shape)
Cut along the drawn lines with scissors
Unfold the paper carefully
Optional: Refold and trim tiny adjustments for symmetry
Optional: If edges look uneven, lightly trim stray pieces while unfolded
