Wait for fresh, packable snow
Gather snow into three balls of different sizes
Roll each ball until it is firm and round
Place the largest ball on the bottom
Place the medium ball on top of the bottom ball
Place the smallest ball on top as the head
Pack snow around the joints to hold the balls together
Add eyes, nose, and mouth with small objects
Add arms with sticks
Add a hat, scarf, or other accessories if desired
