Use a standard 1-inch margin on all sides
Use a readable font such as 12-point Times New Roman, 11-point Arial, or 11-point Calibri
Double-space the entire title page
Center all text horizontally on the page
Place the title of the paper in bold and in title case
Put the title about 3–4 lines down from the top of the page
Include your name below the title
Include your institutional affiliation below your name
Include the course number and course name below the affiliation
Include the instructor’s name below the course information
Include the due date below the instructor’s name
Add the page number in the top right corner
Use the same font and formatting as the rest of the paper
Do not include a running head unless required by your instructor or institution
