Log in to your Apex Hosting panel
Select your server
Stop the server
Open the File Manager or FTP access
Locate the world folder
Download the world folder to your device
Or use the Backup option in the panel if available
Create a new backup archive
Save the backup file to a safe location
Start the server again
Verify the backup file is complete and accessible
