Gather wooden shafts, arrowheads, fletching, and glue or bindings
Cut the shaft to the desired length
Straighten and smooth the shaft
Cut a notch at the rear end for the bowstring
Attach the arrowhead to the front end
Secure the fletching to the rear end

Inspect the arrow for balance and straightness
