2 cups cream soda
1/2 cup butterscotch syrup
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for topping
In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract
Pour butterscotch syrup into a glass
Add cream soda and stir gently
Spoon or pour the cream mixture on top
Top with whipped cream
