Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes
Use when the milk looks slightly curdled and thickened
Substitute 1 cup of plain yogurt with 1 tablespoon of water or milk if needed
Substitute 1 cup of milk with 1 tablespoon of cream of tartar mixed in if needed
Use immediately in your recipe
