4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Place one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast
Roll up each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks
Dredge each roll in flour
Dip each roll in beaten eggs
Coat each roll in breadcrumbs
Place rolls in a greased baking dish
Brush tops with melted butter
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until chicken is cooked through
Remove toothpicks before serving
