Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
Season with salt and pepper
Coat chicken lightly with cornstarch or flour
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked
Remove chicken from the pan
In the same pan, add orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, and orange zest
Simmer until the sauce thickens
Return chicken to the pan
Toss chicken until evenly coated
Serve hot with rice or vegetables
