Gather green paper, scissors, glue, pencil, ruler, and cardboard or a paper cone base
Draw and cut several paper circles or star-shaped layers in different sizes
Fold each layer slightly in the center to create a cone-like shape
Cut a small hole in the center of each layer if needed
Slide or glue the largest layer at the bottom of the base
Add the next smaller layer above it
Continue stacking smaller layers upward
Shape each layer outward to look like tree branches
Cut a small star from yellow paper
Glue the star to the top of the tree
Decorate the tree with small paper circles, glitter, or paper strips
Let the glue dry completely
