Gather finished compost
Use a clean bucket or container
Fill the container with non-chlorinated water
Place compost in a mesh bag or cloth sack
Submerge the compost bag in the water
Stir the mixture occasionally
Let it steep for 24 to 48 hours
Keep it at room temperature
Strain out the compost solids
Use the liquid immediately
Apply to soil or as a foliar spray
Clean all equipment after use
