How To Make Crust From Graham Crackers?

Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs

Measure 1 1/2 cups crumbs for a 9-inch crust

Mix crumbs with 1/3 cup melted butter

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar if desired

Stir until the mixture looks like wet sand

Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish or springform pan

Pack the crumbs evenly across the bottom and up the sides

Chill the crust for 30 minutes, or bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes

Cool completely before adding filling
