How To Make Curd At Home?

Boil milk

Let the milk cool until it is lukewarm

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of curd or yogurt as a starter to 1 cup of milk

Mix well

Cover the container with a lid

Keep it in a warm place for 6 to 8 hours or overnight

Check if the milk has set into curd

Refrigerate the curd after it sets

Use a little fresh curd from the batch as a starter for the next batch
