Gather paper, scissors, glue, tape, markers, and colored pencils
Fold a sheet of paper in half lengthwise
Draw the dragon head, neck, body, and tail along the folded edge
Cut out the dragon shape, leaving the folded side uncut
Unfold the paper to make a symmetrical dragon puppet base
Cut out separate pieces for wings, horns, legs, and spikes
Color all parts with markers or colored pencils
Glue or tape the extra pieces onto the dragon body
Add eyes, scales, teeth, and other details with markers
Attach a paper strip or stick inside the puppet for holding
Decorate the puppet with glitter, stickers, or extra paper shapes
Let all glue dry before using the puppet
