2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm water
Place the flour and salt in a bowl
Add the warm water gradually
Mix until a shaggy dough forms
Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth
Cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out and use for dumplings
